pub struct ReadError {
pub kind: ReadErrorKind,
pub line: usize,
pub column: usize,
/* private fields */
}Expand description
An error returned when parsing a CSV row.
Includes the line number, the kind of error, and when applicable an
inner source error (e.g. the original std::io::Error).
Cloning a ReadError preserves its source error, so the underlying cause
survives the deferred-error path used by Row accessors.
Fields§
§kind: ReadErrorKind§line: usize1-based line number on which the offending record started.
A record that contains newlines inside quoted fields spans several
lines; this is the first of them. 0 when the position is not known
(for example an I/O error reported before any byte was parsed).
column: usizeByte offset within the record, currently always 0.
